Plant: A tree up to 15m high with finely-fissured, hard, corky bark.
Flowers: Tiny, white, star-like flowers with 5 toothed petals and numerous yellow stamens. The inflorescence is a cyme 5-12cm long.
Flowering: September-November.
Fruit: White to yellow, ovoid to globose drupe 1-1.5cm diameter.
Leaves: Opposite, glossy, ovate to elliptic, up to 15cm long and 2-5cm wide, leathery with toothed margins and bluntly pointed tip.
Habitat: In or near rainforest gullies.
Features: White globose fruit. Soft, glossy, toothed, opposite leaves. Fissured bark.
