Plant:              A small sprawling perennial herb up to 35cm high.

Flowers:         Daisy-like flower heads 2cm across with blue or mauve petal-like rays and yellow central disc florets on erect stems each supporting a solitary flower head.

Flowering:      November-February.

Fruit:               A rusty-brown flattened achene about 2mm long.

Leaves:          Narrow lanceolate to elliptic, soft, light green leaves 2-5cm long and 2-9mm wide, crowded at the base and scattered along upright stems.

Habitat:           Grassy areas in dry sclerophyll forest.

Features:       Mauve daisy-like flowers.

angustifolia    From Latin angustus = narrow and folius = leaf (referring to its narrow leaves).
