Plant:              An erect or sprawling tufted herb up to 40cm high.

Flowers:         Small blue, bell-like, 5-petalled flowers 5-6mm diameter on slender branched stems.

Flowering:      September-February.

Fruit:               Cone-shaped capsule 2-7mm long.

Leaves:          Alternate or opposite, soft, slender, linear, up to 3cm long and 1-6mm wide with entire or toothed margins.

Habitat:           Sunny locations in dry sclerophyll forest.

Features:       Small blue bell-like flowers on slender stems.
