Plant:              A low spreading shrub up to 20cm high.

Flowers:         Solitary white to rose-pink, 7-10mm across, with 5 rounded petals, a central disc and 10 stamens.

Flowering:      August-January.

Fruit:               A globular red capsule 3-5mm diameter.

Leaves:          Linear to lanceolate, 3-13mm long and 1-3mm wide, opposite, dark green aromatic with oil dots.

Habitat:           Heathland and dry sclerophyll forest.

Features:       Low sprawling habit. Small rose-pink flowers. Aromatic leaves.
